At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts — we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at email@example.com within 14 day’s after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Please send us a short description of the error and add pictures of it, order number is required too, within 14 days after receiving the order, to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that there’s no need to return damaged products – simply send us a few photos.
All orders are final – we cannot cancel orders once they have started production. Please get in touch with email@example.com ASAP to see if it is possible to cancel the order.
When you’re ready to checkout and are looking at the items in your cart, please go to PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. You will then have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order. Please note, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
Yes! You can use a promo code and also your Gift Card in the same order. Gift Cards are a valid form of payment regardless of using a promo code.
All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out, as well as in track my order page. Tracking numbers generate when a shipping label is printed at our facility – keep in mind the tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24 hours after a label has been printed.
If it has been more than 24 hours since you received a shipping notification and the tracking still reflects no action or movement, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Our standard shipping rates are fixed and calculated based on the average shipping cost for each product category. All products in their shipping category have similar dimensions, weight, and packaging.
Shirts, sweatshirts, leggings, dresses, skirts, sports bras, shorts, swimwear shipping rates are (average):
- USA: 3.99 USD
- Europe: € 3.69
- EFTA States*: € 9.99
- Canada: 6.99 USD
- Australia /NZ: 6.99 USD

It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 5-8 business days

You won’t be able to select the Express shipping option for shipments to Europe if you haven’t added a contact phone number during checkout. It’s a requirement to add your customer’s number so the carrier can get in touch with them to arrange the delivery.
Shipping costs are subject to factors like deliverability and industry trade organizations. Shipping rates for destinations in mountainous or remote locations will be higher than for destinations that are easier to access. Similarly, shipping rates for countries that take part in specific industry trade organizations, like the EFTA, will also be higher.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.
We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally – this will minimize the risk of order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.
Your order was shipped but it can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in a carrier’s tracking system.
Note: that international shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates but that doesn’t necessarily mean the shipment is lost.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll happily accept a return subject to the following conditions:
- Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event are only eligible for a store credit or exchange
- Orders which have used a promo code that discounts the order (excluding our Welcome Offer) are only eligible for a store credit or exchange
- Item/s must be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase
- Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached
- Gift Cards may not be returned
We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns time frame. Store-credit notes are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. MANCCY. takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by MANCCY.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at email@example.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and order number, we’ll sort that out for you.
It is based on where your package was fulfilled:
- Packages sent out from our US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility. Its address: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.
- Packages sent out from our Latvian facility are automatically returned to Lidostas parks, Marupes novads, Latvia LV-2167.
- Packages sent out from our Spanish facility are automatically returned to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 day’s with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution the next day.
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package. Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number.
Read our policies if you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise—If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be!
All orders placed during a flash sale, promotional event or if a promo code is used to discount your order are considered a sale item and normal sale policy apply. Returned item/s will be automatically processed as a store credit or exchange.
As soon as we receive your return back into our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your return and your accounts to be credited.
We accept Stripe payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB) and PayPal.
After submitting your order, you will be prompted to fill in your billing information and will be able to choose your payment method.

MANCCY. is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. While we make every endeavor to ensure every shopping experience with us is a good one, in the event a credit card is used without the holder’s authorization, the cardholder must notify their credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.
You are currently on our International website. Your card will be charged in USD and any conversions will be handled by your financial institution.
Below you can find a list with the most common reasons for a failed payment:
- Double check the credit card information you have entered. You may have written a number wrong which will prevent our system from recognizing your card correctly.
Check whether your credit card has not expired. If this is the case, you should contact your bank for additional assistance.
- Depending on the country in which you are located you might have to call your bank to authorize your credit card for online, cross-border or overseas transactions.
- Some credit cards have limits for the maximum sum that can be withdrawn in a single transaction. If you are purchasing many products at once, this can be a reason for the payment to fail. In such case you can contact our sales department via the Live Chat button on lower right side of the website in order to receive different links to pay for the desired services separately.
- Last but not least, note that you should be able to receive detailed information for any failed or successful transaction from your bank. If a payment fails, do not hesitate to contact your bank and request this information.
You can easily get an invoice for any of your purchases so far. To do so:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Orders tab.
- You should see your orders, click on desired order.
- You will be redirected to the Payment History tab, where you will see a list of your payments.
- Click on the “Invoice” button situated on the right of the payment for which you want to get an invoice.
By following these steps you will be able to get an invoice for any of your payments made to MANCCY.
MANCCY. takes special care in avoiding duplicate or unauthorized charges. A history of all your payments is available in your account area. If there is a charge you do not recognize, please visit the Orders tab of your account area and click on your desired order to view payments history. All transactions should be listed with the respective amounts and description.
If you have several accounts with MANCCY. that are listed in separate dashboard areas, make sure that you check the Payments History for each. If your payments history does not reflect the charge on your credit card, please report it immediately to our billing department by posting a support ticket here.
Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.
You may notice some discoloration or off-white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.
If you receive a product with a stain – please wash it before reporting a problem.
